Lumbar Belt Back Support Accessory

Lumbar Belt Back Support Accessory

Make sure to wear a Lumbar Belt on your next session at the gym! It is a back support accessory suitable for both men and women! You may not notice it but when lifting things, you mainly use your back muscles for it especially the lower part. When this happens, you can experience muscle pain and worse, it has a long term effect on your body. That’s why you should always prepare and protect yourself in whatever way you can. One way to do that is by using a lumbar belt. It’s basically a stretchable belt that you wear around the waist and the lower back.

Corrects Posture

The main purpose of the lumbar belt is to provide back support. But aside from this, it can offer other benefits such as correcting the posture. When using the belt, your back is straightened and so you are forced to keep a good posture always. This is important since your spine can shrink or deform if you don’t maintain the correct posture. Also, it can reduce the waist and abdomen size when worn regularly. It also shapes the body that’s why some people use it during and even during working out. It also prevents your lumbar zone from making improper movements that can lead to injuries.

Comfortable to Wear

One of its main advantages is that it is comfortable to wear. There are five sizes for you to choose from depending on what suits you best. Please refer to the size chart below before choosing your size. The belt has an adjustable compression so it can provide an adequate amount of support for each person. Also, it is easy to remove and put on because it has velcro strips. This way, you don’t have to spend a lot of time and effort just to wear it. Finally, it is breathable and also washable.
