① Ensure the room is free of sunlight during scanning to avoid false detections.

② Long press the button to activate the red light flash mode on the Hidden Camera Detector.

③ Look for a highly-bright red dot which indicate the hidden camera’s location.

If you follow the instructions and still don’t see the red dot, it may mean that there is no camera within 5 meters, not mean the product doesn’t work. And if you want to prove whether the product can really find the camera, you can first test it in a place where there is a camera.
