1. You need to press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to power on.
2. The battery is dead. You need to fully charge the battery with Type-C charging cable.
Note, During the charging process, the trash can lid cannot work.
Q3: Why is there no battery spring plate in the battery compartment?

If you are purchasing a USB charging model, this is normal.
The USB charging model can only be charged through a charging cable and does not support battery installation.
There is already a built-in lithium battery in the lid of the trash can, so you don’t need to install additional batteries.
Because the USB model and charging style are manufactured using the same mold, the charging model still retains the battery compartment.
Q4: Why does the trash can stay open and cannot close?
